Can I make bang bang shrimp recipe air fryer ahead of time?
Air fryer bang bang shrimp is best served fresh and hot, but you can prepare some parts of the recipe ahead of time to make the cooking process easier.
You can prepare the shrimp by cleaning, deveining, and peeling them, then storing them in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use.
You can also prepare the breadcrumb mixture ahead of time by mixing the panko breadcrumbs with the seasonings and storing the mixture in an airtight container at room temperature.
When you’re ready to cook the shrimp, you can coat them with the breadcrumb mixture and air fry them according to the recipe instructions.
It’s not recommended to cook the shrimp ahead of time and reheat them in the air fryer, as this can result in a loss of texture and flavor. The shrimp may become rubbery and the coating may not be as crispy.
